The automatic service gratuity charged by Royal Caribbean is applied daily to each guest’s SeaPass account. The tip applies to individual guests of all ages and stateroom categories. As a way to reward the crew members for their outstanding service, tips are shared between dining, bar, & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel service teams who work behind the scenes to enhance the cruise experience. To avoid the daily fee on your SeaPass account, you are welcome to prepay gratuities prior to sailing. This charge of $55.50 per person for the entire cruise is typically done at the time of final payment.
